These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and easy13 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, and features available on the easy13 platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the easy13 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms stated herein. This agreement takes effect immediately upon creating an account or using any of our services for the first time.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form a comprehensive agreement between you and easy13.

To be eligible to register and use the easy13 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

The terms related to deposits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Foreign currency conversion is handled automatically based on the current exchange rate.
• Ownership of funds: You confirm that all deposited funds are entirely your own and have been obtained through lawful means.
• Account name: The name on the payment source account must match the name registered on your easy13 account.
• No charges: easy13 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Easy13 reserves the right to hold or reject deposits suspected of originating from illegal activity, fraud, or violations of our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to report the relevant transactions to the appropriate authorities.

Withdrawals at easy13 are processed quickly and transparently. We are committed to processing valid withdrawal requests within less than 15 minutes for local bank methods, subject to successful account verification.

• Instructions from relevant regulatory authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, easy13 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining credits, bonuses, and unclaimed winnings. Any funds legitimately deposited by a user whose account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation will be returned via an appropriate method after the review process is complete.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, easy13 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users, including:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.

• Data or information loss resulting from the user's failure to maintain proper account security.
• Indirect losses arising from reliance on information provided on this platform.

Easy13's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Easy13 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. We will make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and to resolve any technical issues promptly.
